Transparent Costs + Rates
We have chosen not to accept insurance in our practice in order to focus entirely on providing the highest quality care and personalized attention to each child. In our system, we securely save your account details for automatic card billing at the end of each visit.

Treatment Session | $130
Rescheduling, Cancellations, & No Shows:
In order to best serve our therapist's and client's time, we do have a policy for cancellations and no shows. For evaluations, a no show with no prior notice will be charged to the card on file at 50% of the cost of the evaluation. For treatment sessions, a no show with no prior notice will be charged to the card on file at 100% of the cost. There will be no cost associated if a reschedule or cancellation notice is given more than 24 hours before the appointment time, and a grace period will be given on a client's first reschedule or cancellation within 24 hours. After that grace period, treatment sessions will be charged to the card on file at 50% of the cost if notice if given within 24 hours of the appointment.
